SECURING YOUR BOOKING
As soon as you know the date that you’ll be needing a celebration cake, please get in touch to check my availability. Ideally, a few months in advance, but sometimes I can help you out at short notice, so please ask.
BOOKING FEE AND FINAL BALANCE
Once your cake details and collection date have been agreed, you will be sent an Invoice for the booking fee which is approximately 50% of the total. Once paid, this secures your cake order. To be clear, a cake order is not secured until the booking fee is paid. An Invoice for the final balance will be sent a few days before collection and should be paid before you collect your cake.
COLLECTION
Collection is from my home in Chandlers Ford at a prearranged date and time.
Cakes should be transported flat. The boot of the car or the front footwell tend to work well. Once the cakes leave my possession, I accept no responsibility for cakes being damaged in transit.
